WE ARE SO SO SO EXCITED to introduce our very first (!!) wine collaboration: St. Reginald Parish x Xiao Ye
Of course, it's pretty surreal to see your name on a wine label, but the best thing is that we get to work with someone we deeply respect and truly align with: Andy from St. Reginald Parish & The Marigny! Together, we concocted our very own Aligoté & Chardonnay blend, made specifically for the tables of first-generation American kids. It pairs perfectly with dishes from our Xiao Ye dinner menu and will soon have a semi-permanent spot on our wines-by-the-glass menu!
Our “multi-vintage” blend features super fresh Aligoté & just a little Chardonnay that's been aged for an extra year, giving an incredibly versatile, mineral-driven wine that has tasting notes of green apple & the roundness of that Chardonnay that comes through at the end. It's honestly the perfect Portland Summer wine. Take it on your next picnic in the park or trip to the Coast! Truthfully, this might be the coolest thing we've ever done.
We are offering a very limited run of this bottle at our retail price ($42). Available only for pick-up at Xiao Ye (local purchases only & limited to 2 bottles per household). Otherwise, we'll have it available for purchase at the restaurant at our restaurant pricing ($72). Must be 21+ to order & must have valid ID at pick-up.
